The Church of Episcopal Fellowship International Diocese (CEFI Diocese) is a legally recognised and structured Episcopal organisation dedicated to uniting independent churches, evangelists, and missionary movements across India. With a network of over 17,000 pastors and 180 bishops, we provide spiritual leadership, theological training, and administrative support to Christian ministries. Rooted in Biblical principles and committed to upholding the Great Commission, we empower pastors and churches to grow in faith, serve their communities, and establish a strong foundation for future generations.
Our Vision
To unite independent churches, Christian organisations, and missionary movements under the Episcopal structure while ensuring compliance with Indian constitutional laws on church governance. By fostering collaboration and doctrinal alignment, we strive to build a spiritually strong, legally recognised, and mission-driven Christian community across India and beyond.
Our Journey
2004: Foundation of CEFI Diocese
CEFI Diocese was established by Rt. Rev. Dr. D.P. Noha Yowanaraj along with six other bishops, with the vision to equip and empower independent pastors and churches in India.
2007: Official Government Registration
The diocese was officially registered and recognised by the Central Government of India and the State of Tamil Nadu, ensuring full legal compliance.
2008: Legal Accreditation and Growth
Successfully completed all necessary government formalities, including ISO certification, GST registration, and tax exemption benefits.
2012: Expansion of Theological Education
Established Apollo Bible University, offering accredited theological education and ministerial training to pastors, evangelists, and Christian leaders.
2015: International Recognition & Partnerships
Formed a strategic partnership with Elijah Bread Ministries (Germany) and strengthened ties with Episcopal Diocese of International (New York), expanding our mission beyond India.
2020: Strengthening Episcopal Leadership
Consecrated over 180 bishops nationwide, established more than 50 theological seminaries, and affiliated 1,000+ independent churches under the Episcopal structure.
Today: A Growing and Impactful Ministry
CEFI Diocese continues to expand, offering spiritual leadership, legal support, and pastoral empowerment to thousands of Christian ministries. With a presence in every Indian state, our mission remains strong—to educate, equip, and empower Christian leaders for the advancement of the Gospel.

Today, we have grown into a full service landscape management contractor serving multi-unit residential communities such as Master Associations, Condominiums, Home Owner Associations, commercial properties & as well as residential clients throughout Broward County, Florida.
From the very beginning, our focus has been attention to detail, professionalism, and superior customer service in all that we do. We are a full service landscape design/build and management company, commercial grounds management, offering landscape design and installation and irrigation.
