Donations
– All donations made through www.cefidiocese.org are final and non-refundable.
– If a donation was made in error (duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction by writing to admin@cefidiocese.org .
Events or Programs
– If any event or service has a fee, cancellation and refund terms will be mentioned in the respective event page or communication.
– If an event is canceled by us, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Processing Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.
